48 Hours as a Stay at Home Toddler

I'm not sure how I would do as a stay at home mom, but I'm pretty sure Caroline would not fare well as a stay at home toddler.

In the past two days (don't let the costume changes fool you), she has:

  • caught bubbles (from a bubble wand)
  • run through the sprinkler
  • made, painted with, and eaten jello paint
  • made, tasted, and played with kool-aid play dough
  • washed the windows
  • loaded the washing machine & dryer
  • swept the floors
  • whisked bubbles
  • hugged, rocked, and given kisses to every doll, stuffed animal, and starship in her moses basket
  • given me every doll, stuffed animal, and starship in her moses basket to hug, rock, and kiss
  • played with every puzzle she owns
  • gone to the library twice
  • gone to library story hour
  • gone on errands
  • painted with watercolors
  • gone to the park
  • walked up the street
  • played basketball in the driveway
  • danced, twirled, patted her head and rubbed her belly
  • played drums on the metal mixing bowls
  • crawled up the staircase recreationally - multiple times in a row
  • brushed her teeth and hair recreationally - multiple times in a row

Caroline hasn't figured out/doesn't have the interest in getting the puzzle pieces all the way in the slot.

48 hours to go!
